"You couldn't have done anything better to help towards my Hen Weekend as everything you did was fantastic and top class service. The hotel was great, very central, good rooms, friendly staff, espcially the 2 guys on reception who got serenaded by a group of us returning at 4am singing songs from the sound of music ... why? None of us knew why we were singing those songs or what had started it (apart from the fact that we were all drunk!) but they took it in good humour and laughed with us! Sadly, the only downside is that whilst we were in the Birdcage we never received waiter service as stated on the ticket and about 5 members of the group had money stolen from their handbags leaving some with nothing for the rest of the night. This was reported to Bouncers and the Police but whether they will ever catch the people responsible we do not know. It did put a slight dampner on the night when it happened but this is nobody's fault apart from the thieves themselves. Though it should be pointed out to The Birdcage that we never received our waiter service which was a dissapointment. The Salsa Class was amazing. The Cuba Cafe was brilliant and perfect as we had it all to ourselves, I just wish I could have booked 2 hours instead of 1 as we were all really getting into it and then had to leave! The tapas meal at La Tasca was also excellent, everyone enjoyed their food and the staff were fantastic. All in all it was a brilliant weekend that everyone enjoyed despite the hiccup at the Birdcage. Many thanks, "
